What is Twin City Technology On Demand Remote PC Support (TCT-ODR)?

• TCT-ODR is a mini (250k) VNC Server customized and preconfigured for connection to Twin City Technology Technicians.
• TCT-ODR does not require installation and does not make use of the registry.
• The customer only needs to Click to make a connection (or download a small executable run and click).
• The connection is initiated by the Customer(server), to allow easy access through customer's firewall.

How secure is TCT-ODR?

• TCT-ODR is initiated by the person that shares his desktop: he needs to voluntarily click to initiate the connection.
• The server can only connect to the IP address predefined by TCT.
• No incoming connections, no unattended service connection.
• TCT-ODR is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed
• TCT-ODR does not use or modify the customers registry.
• TCT-ODR can NOT be run as service, no logon or Ctrl-Alt-Del is supported.
